Our client, a very popular community favorite full service Thai establishment based in the charming Historic Oregon District in Dayton Ohio is looking for a specialty General Manager candidate. This person will work with the owner as she prepares to phase herself out of her business to spend more time with family. 

This restaurant focuses on quality ingredients, 100% from-scratch cooking, and interesting flavors, all with an emphasis on warm, genuine service and community involvement. The Owner would like this candidate to have a servant's heart and 100% dedication to staff and the guest. 
 
JOB DESCRIPTION :
The responsibility of the General Manager is to direct the operation of the restaurant. The General Manager will focus on building sales by maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness and sanitation by supervising the management and staff team. In addition, the General Manager must exemplify the core values of the company. 
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum 1-2 years General Manager experience in a full-service, medium to high-volume restaurant, casual dining experience and asian cuisine experience is a plus
• Stable job history
• Solid track record of successful performance in prior positions
• Must be competent in all departmental responsibilities of the restaurant, including kitchen operations
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
