Assistant Manager

This extremely popular 200 store American ice cream parlor is seeking an Assistant Manager for their first location in the rapidly growing Haymarket, VA area. The franchise owners are a husband and wife team, former clients of ours, well respected, and take very good care of their people. 

This hire will be first in line for GM promotion. Their first growth phase will be 3 stores by Q4 2024 in Burke and Annandale VA. 

  • Minimum of 1 year Assistant Manager or General Manager experience in a regional or national Quick Service or Fast Casual concept.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed and results-oriented, with the proven ability to solve complex problems
  • Outstanding skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development
  • Able to identify opportunity areas and create plans for action
  • Proven track record in managing a budget and cost controls to optimize profits and ensure success
  • Ability to attend all expenses paid-10 consecutive day Corporate Training in Pittsburg, PA. One of the owners will attend with you. 
  • $45,000-$50,000
  • Realistic bonus structure based on top line sales paid out bi-annually.
  • Full coverage health stipend until health package is put in place.

  • First in line for multi unit promotion as growth plan matures.
