Our client is growing rapidly and is currently seeking qualified candidates for their Director of Franchise Sales position based in the Dallas area. The Director of Franchising is responsible for managing the entire franchise process from lead generation all the way to a successful signing
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Qualification of candidates and markets
  • Coordinate and guide candidates through the screening process; interviews, financial approvals, work evaluations, discovery days
  • Develop and deliver phone and online presentations with candidates
  • Perform background checks and manage that process
  • Manage the sales pipeline and coordinate internal support and resources
  • Educate the prospects about the brand, culture, vision and values
  • Diligently respond and follow-up with all franchise inquires
  • Coordinate and confirm all travel arrangements for discovery days and office visits
  • Coordinate and work with team on all FDD and franchise agreements through execution
  • Assist and educate prospect through the broader brand process of next steps; operations approval, financial approval, development agreements, real estate, and construction processes
  • Effectively close sales and meet company sales targets
  • Provide relevant feedback to executive management on sales processes, forecasting, and tools
  • Provide seamless turnover to the next phase of Development
 
Requirements:
 
  • Must have experience in franchise commerce, recruitment, development and/or operations in a franchisee and franchisor hospitality focused brand/system
  • BA/BS and equivalent working experience
  • Proven franchise sales expert, with experience determining candidates with the right fit, acumen, and chance for success
  • Experience with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • An analytical approach, used in a wide range of responsibilities, from candidate vetting, territory communications, and feedback to improve the sales processes
  • Ability to lead, communicate, collaborate and influence cross-functionally
