Our client, this growing full service Franklin, TN Burger Concept is currently seeking an experienced General Manager. 

• Pre-shift meetings and setting expectations
• Weekly inventory
• Interviewing/hiring, food orders
• Training, motivating, and working with crew members
• Displaying a “guest comes first” attitude by training and holding crew members
• Accountable for delivering legendary customer service

COMPENSATION

• $75,000-$85,000 base salary
• Realist bonus potential 
• 100% paid benefits package + 401k 
• PTO 
• Ownership opportunity
