Serious opportunity to earn recognition as a Culinarian!

Immediate opportunity for experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the proper execution of the Kitchen Department & Dining room operations. Responsibilities also include managing inventory, resolving food quality issues, upholding kitchen procedures, monitoring equipment, and developing a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house staff.


• Starting base salary of $70,000 - $80,000
• 5-day work week
• Bonus & Benefits Package
• Reduced-cost housing(negotiable)


• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Fine Dining or Polished-Casual restaurant
• Willing to work nights/weekends/Holidays as business demands
• Proven ability to control Food/Labor costs
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and quickly resolve problems under pressure
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to organize, train, and direct a team of staff
• Bi-lingual skills or culinary school background a plus
