Our client, an award-winning, fast-casual dining concept in Northern Virginia is seeking an experienced District Manager in the Fairfax County area to oversee total restaurant operations. This restaurant offers a diverse menu of American favorites in a comfortable environment, with a focus on genuine customer service and hospitality.

 
The ideal candidate will have experience with restaurant openings and overseeing a multi unit operation as they will have the opportunity to grow into an area manager position within a short period of time. The successful candidate will have a track record of increased responsibilities, including P&L accountability with average unit volumes of $1m+ and experience with financing, HR, and facilities. The GM will provide leadership and direction to staff, hire and train team members, optimize profits by controlling costs, and provide prompt problem resolution to ensure guest satisfaction and overall restaurant success. 

 
QUALIFICATIONS

•    Minimum of 3-5 years 2nd-level Multi-Unit Manager experience in a regional or national Fast-Casual or Casual Dining concept

·       Understanding of Profit and Loss Statements, with the ability to identify opportunity areas and develop action plans

•    Highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven with a solid, accomplishment-based track record

•    Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and make great decisions under pressure

•    Leads by example, with strong skills in interpersonal communication, staff development, and team-building

•    Ensures overall food quality and handling, safety, security, service and cleanliness standards are met

•    Maintain confidential information, adhere to and enforce company policies, programs, and compliance issues

•    Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

 
SALARY RANGE & BENEFITS

•    $70,000-$85,000 base salary (depending on experience) plus bonus & benefits
