High-volume, growing, scratch-kitchen concept seeking Director of Culinary to run the corporate test kitchen in Austin, TX. This position is responsible for strategic planning and oversight for the brand, including Food, Beverage & Purchasing/contracts. Limited travel involved.

Qualifications:
  • Strong Culinary experience
  • Operations experience
  • Beverage knowledge
  • Experience in Purchasing
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable wearing several hats
  • Mexican food experience is a plus
Seeking a hands-on, lead-by-example professional. You will manage 2 long-time corporate employees. Training includes completing the Management training program.

Compensation:
  • Starting base salary of $80,000 to 120,000, depending on experience
  • Stock grants(not options), 20% vesting each year, fully vested after 5 years
