Current opportunities for Bar Training Managers for new locations coming to Charlotte.

One of the Southeast’s fastest-growing Fast-Casual restaurant chains, this exciting concept offers up fresh tacos, frosty drinks, and good vibes. They are currently seeking experienced Bar Training Manager candidates.

  • Provide all new bartenders a full training package to include all bar recipes and cashier training materials
  • Train all bartenders on all of the cashier functions
  • Write or copy all bar recipes and make a book for all bartenders
  • Write or copy all bar opening and closing procedures/duties per restaurant
  • Responsible for ordering all beer, liquor, and wine and establishing par levels per Director of Operations during the opening few weeks
  • Ensuring all bartenders are properly trained on all of the company's guest service procedures and all proper pouring techniques that ensure great drinks and proper costs for the restaurant's profit margins on said drinks
  • set up the bar to be organized, clean, and as efficient as possible with input from the Director of Operations
  • After opening 3-5 weeks, help the management team run quality, effective shifts by being able to help out in the bar, on the floor with guest table visits, and in the FOH expo window helping to expedite food
  • Properly trained on how to effectively and efficiently close down the bar, FOH and do all manager assigned computer/paperwork in the office
  • Minimum of 1 year salaried Bar Management experience with a Fast-Casual or Casual Dining concept
  • Some travel involved 
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven with a solid, accomplishment-based track record
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and make great decisions under pressure
  • Understanding of Profit and Loss Statements, with the ability to identify opportunity areas and develop action plans
  • Leads by example, with strong skills in interpersonal communication, staff development, and team-building
  • Starting salary of $35K during training, then $37-$38K + bonus and benefits
