Our client, the first heirloom and organic coffee company in the USA, is currently seeking experienced Restaurant Managers (FOH & BOH) for their new location opening in Las Vegas. This upscale Cafe features a full 100% scratch kitchen, in addition to a menu of organic coffees and fine teas. JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Makes weekly schedule
  • Hires new staff
  • Handles all employee issues
  • Must excel at customer service
  • Train staff to have superb customer service
  • Jump in to assist staff when busy
  • Assist with inventory
  • Manage bar
  • Order inventory
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have at least 1 year Restaurant Supervising experience
  • Must be able to work at least 5 shifts per week on a rotating basis, including mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Must have a license and clean driving record
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, squat, and bend
  • Regularly required to lift no more than 25 lbs unassisted
  • Be self-motivated
  • Strong leadership skills
COMPENSATION:
  • Up to $50K total annual compensation
  • Medical, Dental, Vision
  • 401K after 1 year of employment
  • 1 week vacation and 48 hours sick time
